Because it makes it super easy to reference the project data when we get to the automation. Next, we dash over to the Projects table. Here, we introduce our first superstar - the Project Team field. This field is all about embracing the team spirit, allowing multiple entries because, well, the more, the merrier, right? With our Project Team ready to roll, we circle back to our Tasks table. Time to add the Task Team field. Like its buddy, the Project Team field, this one's all about multiple entries.


Crafting the Formula

The brain of our operation is a formula field that uses some wizardry to check if our Task Team matches the Project Team. If they're singing the same tune, we get a yes. If not, it's a no-go. This little trick involves turning our team fields into text strings and comparing them. It's like asking, "Are we all here?" and getting a thumbs up or down.
